Bleach Episode 174 - “Break the Mirror’s Boundary! Ichigo’s Captivity”
Starting from episode 168, in order to allow Tite Kubo time to publish more material: the current Hueco Mundo arc will divert to an anime-only arc. The storyline is now focuses on Sh?suke Amagai, the new captain that takes the empty position of the 3rd Division of the Gotei 13. Well, he is appears to be completely excluded from the previous timeline - its like a new added charachter 
In the same time, the other new (all are 3) - Shinigami Princess Kasumioji Lurichiyo and her two shinigami guardians, Kenryuu and Enryuu. They arrive in the real world and become Ichigo’s new neighbors and classmates.
