China ripping off Pokemon, Digimon and Naruto

Actually, they have ripped off just about anything that has ever been produced. You name it.
The country’s state-run television channel China Central Television is airing an anime that appears to be ripping off Japan’s Pokémon, Naruto and Digimon franchises. Take a look at the photo below, it’s not a Chinese original.

To the someone above me:
I think you really don’t know or don’t care what happened. Just look at that picture, the red and orange lizard-dinosaurus like thing is Agumon and Guilmon from Digimon, the giant Dinosaur with brown helmet is Greymon from Digimon, the steel bird is Skarmory and beside him is aerodactyl from Pokemon, and also you can see Sasuke from Naruto.
